Fiinovation is an opportunity Bank which ensures that by its service the capacities of these organizations are not only built but also enhanced through a service delivery mechanism so that they become independently strong as far as resource mobilization unit is concerned.

Knowledge of the functionality of the sector and keeping in mind the current scenario, the projects are intricately designed keeping in mind the donor guidelines thereby easing the organizations of the perplexities involved in project designing and opportunity management. Banking on the expertise of our highly qualified and trained professionals, we have an in-house research lab, wherein our professionals engage in finding efficient and cost effective ways to bring out ideas into form. Fiinovation is the apt platform which facilitates effective designing and structuring of plans and programs as per the needs of the Civil Society Organizations.

Job Description:

The Deputy Director will identify, develop and plan various opportunities for organizations (NGO’s, CBO’s, Trust’s etc.) with respect to program implementation, management and mobilization of resources and will ensure a wide approach in mobilizing funds for long term health related programs that are effectively met.

He/She will supervise a team of program managers and develop various developmental projects with respect to engagement with donor agencies (multilateral, bilateral, CSR’s).

Eligibility:

  1. Development sector professional with experience of 8-10 years in the development sector (particularly in Livelihood sector).
  2. Considerable exposure to program management in community based development programs that include implementation as well as monitoring.
  3. A demonstrable track record of meeting fundraising targets from trusts, foundations and statutory donors.
  4. Proven experience in program management, implementation, survey work and monitoring processes.
  5. Experience of managing large and complex budgets.
