Job Title: Environmental Scientist/ Researcher

Location: Nilgiri, Tamil Nadu, Andhra Pradesh and, Odisha

Company profile: eRc is a Resource and Response Centre that keeps a watch on the Environment Impact Assessment (EIA) processes and ensures that the impact of developmental activities on India’s Environment and Communities is properly accessed and accounted for.

Job Description: The person will be attached to the EIA Resource and Response Centre (ERC). The task will specifically involve critically analyzing EIA reports, carry out ground truthing and field investigation,  policy and technical research.

Eligibility: Experience in issues related to thermal power plants, mining, hydro electric projects, highways, issues related to pollution will be preferred. Candidate should have a background in Environmental Sciences or related disciples with prior experience of at least 5 years.
