Title: Junior Research Fellow, Delta Study, NCSCM

Organization’s profile:

NCSCM is executing a research study on GBM Delta-Coastal vulnerability. The study is basically to develop a modeling framework to evaluate the unique functioning, critical stressors, and vulnerability of Delta. The framework will ingest socio-economical, bio-physical and ecosystem data for planning and model, which involves extensive field work and collection/analysis of various multidisciplinary data.

Job Description:

Carry out frequent field visits and subsequent analyses of bio-physical and socio-economic data. Project staff will be under contract as per the permissible NCSCM rules on a consolidated pay basis. Salary for this post is- RS. 16k.

Eligibility:

First class PG degree in any branch of Social sciences (Economics/ Statistics/ Econometrics/ Sociology/ Management from a recognised university or equivalent and experience in socio-economic data collection/analysis with software skills.
