Aga Khan Rural Support Programme (India) is a non-profit organization working to organize and empower rural communities and marginalized groups particularly women through natural resource management interventions in the three states – Gujarat, Madhya Pradesh and Bihar.
Vadvai – is an unit of AKRSP(I) set up with the idea to share the lessons learnt from the grassroots work of AKRSP(I) with other stake holders like rural community, donors, government, bankers, NGOs, Panchayat representatives through Capacity Building, Advisory Services and Field Support.
Job Description:
Eligibility: Education: Postgraduate in social work/ social sciences/ management
Experience: Minimum 5-8 years of experience as a middle management in development sector. Preference will be given to relevant experience as a trainer and managing training programs
Age: Between 30 to 40 yrs
