Planning and managing the trainings of wheat farming in the state of Jharkhand, duration is six months.
Job Description:
Manage, coordinate and supervise overall wheat farmers training programme implemented in the state, coordinate and communicate about the program to agricultural department officials, agricultural supervisors, village level extension workers, KVK, ICAR institute, State Agricultural Universities, etc. and develop a resource team for the project, develop network of progressive farmers and maintain relationship with their unions, local organizations working with wheat farmers, create tie ups and implement the trainings in collaboration with them.
Eligibility:
Graduate/Post-Graduate with 4-5 years of work experience, out of which 2-3 years should be in managing/working in wheat farming, understanding of the skill requirements for best productive practices in wheat.
