Job Description:
3-4 Research Associates required by ATREE for a large socioeconomic household survey in BRT tiger reserve and Madikeri. The survey will cover a large sample of households spread with Sentinel Landscape Assessment Framework. Village and Household survey to collect baseline information about livelihoods, land health in forested landscapes, which have been exposed to various forms of land-use change.
Eligibility:
Masters in Economics/Environmental Economics/Botany/Forestry/Sociology/Social Work/Agriculture, Excellent knowledge of Kannada and a working knowledge of English, Prior experience in administering questionnaires and conducting household surveys is desirable. Salary- Rs. 14,000 to Rs. 16,000 per month
