Pravah was set up in in 1993 with a vision to build youth leadership for social change. It is kept alive by an active and engaged Governing Board and a strong and professional executive team, and is being fulfilled through the design and delivery of innovative experiential learning and action programmes with diverse groups of young people across the country. .

Changelooms- Learning and Leadership Journey is a leadership support programme that encourages, recognises and supports young change leaders who have started social change initiatives with a focus on youth development. .

Job Description:

The senior programme coordinator will lead and manage a team of young leaders and entrepreneurs in managing a youth development program.

Compensation is fairly competent, job will entail travel.

Eligibility:

A postgraduate university degree with 3-6 years of working experience, entrepreneurial spirit and is passionate about youth leadership, certain degree of experience in facilitation, program coordination and instructional design.
