The newly established Landscape Ecology group at the University of Hohenheim (Stuttgart, Germany) invites applications for two senior research associates positions (Equivalent to assistant professors)
Job Description: Studying biodiversity dynamics at different spatial and temporal scales as well as various hierarchical levels (genotypes, populations, species and communities).
Eligibility: Strong expertise in biodiversity science such as functional, community and population ecology, biogeography, conservation or evolutionary biology. Experience with experimental ecology, advanced statistics and/or process-based modelling. Expertise in plant identification is a bonus, whereas knowledge of German is not required.
