Natural materials would be used to build each of the units which would include 9 to 15 foot ceilings, expansive windows, gas fireplace and excellent soundproofing. This project with its streamlined Scandinavian architecture would provide a complete retreat in the midst of the forest.  In addition to the breath taking nature views, the residents can enjoy here year-round activities like mountain biking, snowshoeing, hiking, ski-in/ski-out access to slope, splashing in the water park nearby.  Outdoor fireplace, pool with a dock, heated outdoor pool, hot tub, beach and tennis volley ball courts are included in the comprehensive amenities that Arborescence would offer in addition to the excellent Eastern Township view.

The co-founder of KnightsBridge, Simon Boyer says that Arborescence integrates sleek and modern architecture with the warm feel of wood to give the best of both the worlds. He remarks that this place which is an hour away from Montreal and just 40 minutes away from the U.S. border , even as it remains close to the local services and attractions, provides an unparalleled access to nature. He also mentions that any epicurean would be surely pleased with this development which would be renewed every season.

ABCP Architecture, who have designed this development, Sotheby’s International Realty Quebec who manage the sales, Claridge the leading Investment firm of Quebec are some of the carefully chosen partners of KnightsBridge in this project.
