To achieve excellence in its social investment programmes in Madhya Pradesh, ITC is looking for a dynamic and a highly motivated professional to spearhead its soil & moisture conservation initiatives.

Functional Area: Planning/ Execution/Monitoring/ Watershed/Natural Resource Management

Job Description:

  1. Administration and management of watershed development projects being implemented through partner NGOs
  2. Monitoring and reviewing progress of the projects
  3. Networking with Govt./NGOs/External agencies
  4. Framing out and implementing the institutional structures and processes for long-term sustainability of the programmes
  5. Designing and implementing performance monitoring, appraisal and capacity building of key human resources and suggest measures to improve efficiencies

Eligibility:

  1. Graduate/Diploma in Civil Engineering/Water Resource Development
  2. At least 3 years experience of working in a watershed development programme
  3. Experience in the area of Natural Resource Management and liaisoning/networking with public and private institutions will be a distinct advantage
  4. Effective verbal and written communications skills in English, including computing skills. Working knowledge of Hindi is desirable
  5. Must possess good interpersonal skills; ability to lead and follow and work with team members
  6. Ability to manage and prioritize a large number of competing demands and operate to deadlines.
  7. Ability to undertake unaccompanied travel in interior rural areas
