For each project activity as included in scheduled A and scheduled B (Refer table 1), corresponding performance indicator(s) will be identified, monitored and measured to gauge the actual performance of the project that has been taken. There will be three types of indicators i.e. (1) Environmental Condition Indicators (Ambient) (ECI), (2) Operational performance Indicators (OPI) and (3) Management Performance Indicators (MPI). The details are given below;

Note: Performance indicators will be assessed against the targets set by CPSE

Is this article completely based on the old guidelines? since there are many changes in the revised one which is effective from 1st April 2013.
Yes! This article is based on old guidelines. However, new guidelines also have nearly same performance indicators.

In your old comment, you have mentioned that, there are many changes in the revised guidelines which are effective from 1st April 2013.I thought you must be having these guidelines with you. Do check it on DPE website. It's readily available there.
Of course, i have gone through the guidelines which i was talking about but i could see the difference in the indicators from the revised guidelines. since you have mentioned that the performance indicators are nearly same, i just wanted to confirm.
