Job Title: SEEDS -Project Manager

Founded in 1994, SEEDS with its team of committed professionals has reached out to thousands of families affected by earthquakes, floods and cyclones; restored schools and homes; and has invariably put its faith in building long term resilience.

Job Description:

SEEDS is currently engaged in rebuilding Uttarakhand by constructing schools damaged in floods. The Project Manager will be responsible for the overall management and implementation of the project in Utrrarkhand. The position will be directly working under the Sr. Manager Operations for day to day activities.

Eligibility: Postgraduate degree in Social Work with relevant experience in the field of project management from a reputed institution

Skills & Knowledge required:

1. Ability to lead formulation, implementation, development of programmes and mobilize resources
2. Budget administration
3. Strong focus on impacts and results and respond positively to the feedbacks
4. Ability to lead, manage and mobilize team
5. Computer skills
6. Strong oral and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
7. At least 4 to 5 years experience in field of Program Management. Previous experience of working in construction projects and with government departments are desirable
