Job Title:  Subject Matter Expert – Urban Renewal

Location: Mumbai

Job Description/Roles and responsibilities: 

1. Manage projects related to revitalization, development and maintenance of open spaces including parks/ gardens/ riverfronts etc. across India.
2. Work on all aspects of program including designing, planning, implementation, preparing and managing budgets, etc. of various initiatives in the above areas
3. Liaise with various stakeholders including government bodies, communities, other local partners
4. Prepare detailed plans and presentations for internal and external stakeholders
5. Closely monitor implementation and outcomes of the programs and report progress periodically
6. Review and inform the team on the latest policy research, best practices in delivery modes, best partners, latest innovation work etc. to shape the design of the programs
7. The incumbent should be willing to perform any other tasks/assignment, as required by the supervisor(s) for organizational success

Eligibility:

1. Minimum 7 – 10 years of experience in the area of urban planning, design and implementation of similar projects. At least a graduate degree in relevant fields such as Architecture and urban planning
2. Excellent Project Management skills
3. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
4. Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
5. Standard office ICT skills
