Title:HICAP Grant Programme for Journalists’, ICIMOD

Organization’s profile:

Under the Himalayan Climate Change Adaptation Programme (HICAP) , and specifically its communication and outreach component, the International Centre for Integrated Mountain Development (ICIMOD), GRID-Arendal and the Center for International Climate and Environmental Research-Oslo (CICERO) will provide a limited number of grants to support professional journalists in reporting investigative stories on climate-related environmental issues, with special regard to adaptation measures.

Job Description:

Journalists would be willing to cover climate change in these target areas in an innovative and creative way.

Eligibility:

All journalists can apply – print, radio, television, and online and from all nationalaties but these will be given preference- China, India, Nepal, and Pakistan.
