Job Title: PhD studentship in wind modelling in the built environment

Description

Fully funded PhD studentship in Environmental Physics and Design Research Group (ePad) of the Division of Energy and Sustainability (Faculty of Engineering) of the University of Nottingham, a global top 75 University. The student will work in a dynamic research environment, as part of a multi-disciplinary team of researchers, and will undertake experimental and numerical research related to micro-scale wind flow modelling around and within the buildings.

Eligibility:

Minimum of 2:1 honours degree level (or equivalent) in civil engineering, mechanical engineering, environmental engineering or building engineering, with relevant experience.
